概述
SayLingo（下称"本应用"）尊重并保护每一位用户的隐私。本协议说明本应用处理信息的范围与方式。使用本应用即表示你已阅读并理解本协议。
我们收集哪些信息
- 语音数据：使用语音输入时，麦克风采集的音频仅用于当次实时转写，转写完成后立即丢弃。本应用不会存储你的录音。
- 文本数据：你口述的内容及其整理、翻译结果与提取的重点词，保存在你的设备本地（历史记录与单词本）。
- 为完成整理与翻译，相关文本会经加密连接发送至我们委托的第三方处理服务，详见"第三方服务"。
我们不收集哪些信息
本应用无需注册账号，不收集姓名、电话号码、位置信息、设备标识符等个人信息，也不接入广告、追踪或统计分析类第三方 SDK。
信息的使用
你口述的文本仅用于实时转写、内容整理、翻译与重点词提取。我们不会将你的内容用于用户画像，不会出售你的信息，也不会与无关第三方共享。
第三方服务
- 语音转写可能使用 Apple 系统语音识别服务，其数据处理遵循 Apple 隐私政策。
- 内容整理与翻译功能委托第三方 AI 服务完成。服务商仅处理当次请求所需的文本，不会将其用于其他目的。
存储与安全
你的历史记录与单词本保存在设备本地，卸载本应用即同时删除全部本地数据。数据在网络传输中全程使用加密连接（HTTPS）。
你的权利
你可以随时在本应用中删除历史记录与单词本，也可以随时卸载本应用以删除全部数据。如需行使其他权利或有任何疑问，请通过下方邮箱联系我们。
未成年人
本应用不面向 14 周岁以下儿童提供。

本协议如有更新，将在本页面发布，并以页面标注的更新日期为准。

Overview
SayLingo ("the App") respects and protects the privacy of every user. This policy describes what information the App handles and how. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.
Information We Collect
- Voice data: When you use voice input, the audio captured by the microphone is used solely for real-time transcription in that session and is discarded immediately afterwards. The App does not store your recordings.
- Text data: What you dictate, along with its polished and translated results and the key words extracted, is stored locally on your device (History and Wordbook).
- To provide polishing and translation, the relevant text is sent over an encrypted connection to processing services we engage, as described under "Third-Party Services".
Information We Do Not Collect
The App requires no account. We do not collect your name, phone number, location, device identifiers, or any other personal information, and the App contains no advertising, tracking, or analytics SDKs.
How Information Is Used
The text you dictate is used only for real-time transcription, polishing, translation, and key-word extraction. We do not build user profiles, sell your information, or share it with unrelated third parties.
Third-Party Services
- Speech transcription may use Apple's system speech recognition service, which handles data in accordance with the Apple Privacy Policy.
- Polishing and translation are performed by a third-party AI service. The provider processes only the text required for the request at hand and does not use it for any other purpose.
Storage and Security
Your History and Wordbook are stored locally on your device; uninstalling the App deletes all local data. All network transmission is encrypted (HTTPS).
Your Rights
You can delete your History and Wordbook in the App at any time, and you may uninstall the App at any time to remove all data. To exercise other rights, or if you have questions, contact us at the email below.
Children
The App is not intended for children under 14.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy is updated, the latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
