使用 SayLingo（下称"本应用"）即表示你同意本协议的全部条款。若你不同意本协议，请停止使用并卸载本应用。

服务内容

本应用提供语音输入、内容整理、翻译及重点词提取等语言学习辅助功能。其中整理与翻译结果由人工智能生成，仅供参考，可能存在不准确或不符合你意图之处；对重要内容，请你自行核实后使用。

用户规范

你承诺合法使用本应用，不得利用本应用从事任何违反法律法规的活动。你对自己输入的内容及其后续使用独立承担全部责任。

知识产权

本应用及其界面、代码与素材的知识产权归开发者所有。未经许可，不得复制、传播或用于其他商业用途。你输入的内容，其权利归你本人所有。

免责声明

本应用按"现状"提供，开发者不作任何明示或默示的保证。在法律允许的范围内，开发者不对因使用或无法使用本应用而产生的任何间接损失承担责任。

协议变更

我们可能不时更新本协议，更新后的版本将在本页面发布。你在协议更新后继续使用本应用，即视为接受更新后的条款。

协议终止

你可以随时停止使用并卸载本应用，本协议自你停止使用之时终止。

法律适用

本协议的订立、履行与解释适用中华人民共和国法律。

Acceptance

By using SayLingo ("the App"), you agree to all terms of this agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the App and uninstall it.

The Service

The App provides voice input, text polishing, translation, and key-word extraction as language-learning aids. Polished and translated results are generated by artificial intelligence and are for reference only; they may be inaccurate or differ from your intent. Please verify any important content before relying on it.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App lawfully and not to use it for any activity that violates applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the content you enter and how you use it afterwards.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its interface, code, and assets, is the intellectual property of the developer. It may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without permission. The content you enter remains yours.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.

Changes to This Agreement

We may update this agreement from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination

You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time; this agreement terminates when you do so.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
